This webshop offers articles according to the principle "what you see is what you get". Therefor it is not possible to order samples in different sizes or finishes.

After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. We then prepare your order and transfer it to the delivery service. There is no possibility for you to follow the status of these steps in detail. We don't offer any track-and-trace service. You usually receive your order within 5 working days.

Depending on the size of your order and the delivery address requested, the usual delivery time varies between 2 to 5 working days. Please contact us in case your order is not delivered within 5 working days.

The processing of your order is done through a structured process in which it is not possible to pick up the order yourself.

You have the right, within 14 days without giving any reason, to send the purchased goods back. You can use the standard form which you can download here. Decospan is will return the purchase price as well as the initial shipping costs paid. To keep the shipping costs as low as possible, the costs will calculated in function of the size of your order. The heavier and the bigger your package the higher the shipping costs are charged.
+ - Can I send my order to multiple addresses?
It is not possible to send one order to multiple addresses. But an order can be delivered to an alternative delivery address that is different from your billing address. In addition, you can easily request a new order through the provided button that appears in the details of the completed order. You can then enter a new delivery address and complete the order.
