The General Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase.
In addition, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of delivery. For partial deliveries, the 14-day cooling-off period starts when the last part of the delivery is received. To exercise the right of return, you must inform us of your decision to return the delivered products via an unambiguous statement (eg in writing by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model form for this. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. The returned products must be in perfect condition and be provided with the original labels, without damage. If this is not the case, Decospan has the right to refuse the return.
If you decide to return, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement, from us back. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. Decospan pays in full for a return the purchase amount as well as the initially paid shipping costs. However, shipping costs will not be reimbursed if you return only part of the order.
The costs for returning the items are not reimbursed. The direct costs of returning the goods are therefore at your expense. You must carefully package the products that are returned and provide them with a copy of the completed and signed return form. You are free to call in a service provider of your choice to return the articles to Decospan, but you must take all the initiatives yourself. Decospan cannot be held liable for packages that are damaged or lost during transport.
